FRESH
GREEN
VIEWS

BUWOG DECK 3 IS NATURAL LIVING THE WAY EVERYONE WANTS IT.

Blue and green: what belongs together comes together here. Living close to water in the middle of a green oasis. We are creating a particularly high proportion of green spaces around BUWOG DECK 3 and especially in the spacious inner courtyard. Good for the microclimate and good for the soul.

Nature for all

Go out into the garden, onto the balcony or terrace, take a deep breath and feel nature. And with the Dahme just 50 meters away in your ear. A unique composition that everyone can experience and enjoy here.

Sustainable design

The design of BUWOG DECK 3 is characterized by a stringent focus on sustainability — even in many small details. Most of the materials used have an environmental label, the focus is on avoiding harmful substances and the building materials used are tested for their recyclability. Feels good. In every respect.

Energy consumption at a low level

The best energy is the energy you don’t use in the first place. That’s why the heat stays inside and outside in summer. Well thought-out climate friendliness starts with saving energy. The high insulation value is achieved by using materials made from renewable raw materials.

The logical consequence: BUWOG DECK 3 has the KfW 40 NH standard, one of the highest standards that can currently be achieved in the construction industry.

You can see for yourself: With BUWOG DECK 3, function and form go hand in hand. Ecological, climate-friendly and yet prestigious. Rarely has sustainable building looked so good.

RETHINKING BUILDING

A NEW STANDARD — OUT OF CONVICTION.

“Every new building has a major impact on the environment. At the same time, the demands on equipment and functionality are increasing.

Anyone building today has to show foresight. After all, ecologically responsible building means focusing on many things at the same time and harmonizing comfort and sustainability with creative solutions and well thought-out building concepts.

We at BUWOG are ready. BUWOG DECK 3 proves this impressively once again.”

EFFICIENCY
THROUGH
CONSEQUENCE

WHEN FORM AND FUNCTION COME TOGETHER.

BUWOG DECK 3 is innovative. It was important to us that the three BUWOG DECK 3 buildings also look forward-looking. Towards more individuality. Towards the wood, which with its alternating vertical and horizontal arrangement of the panels creates a lively, interesting appearance.

Wood as a central element

The Dura-Patina wood facade of BUWOG DECK 3 consists of naturally pre-weathered timber cladding. Silver fir from certified timber industry is used. This not only looks good, but is also extremely resistant and water-repellent.

The attractive graying is not achieved with a coating: natural oils deep in the wood give the Dura-Patina façade its special look. This means that the facade is also absolutely low-maintenance. Because: Where there is no coating, none will peel off.

Own energy center and self-generated electricity

BUWOG DECK 3 is also breaking new ground in terms of energy supply. 52° Nord has its own energy center with a combined heat and power plant and cogeneration. Thanks to a high proportion of biomethane gas in heat generation, the district is characterized by a particularly low primary energy factor. BUWOG DECK 3 is also supplied with efficient local heating.

30 percent of the green roof area is used for a photovoltaic system whose electricity is fed into the grid via a contracting solution and can be purchased at a price 10 percent below the market price if desired. Individual balcony power plants are also possible without any problems; the technical pre-equipment for this has already been created.

It goes without saying that such an advanced installation complies with the German Building Energy Act (GEG).

Schematic representation of the outer walls of the house

BUWOG Deck 3 is planned according to the criteria of the Efficiency House 40 NH. To this end, we are aiming to have our project certified with the QNG-Plus quality seal.
